Under his leadership, Harris’ team earned the #1 branch company-wide at his previous organization for ten consecutive years while simultaneously gaining #1 market share in Northeast Florida in 2020 – 2024 according to both CoreLogic and Zonda. In his career, Harris managed and mentored more than 50 loan officers guiding funding for over $6 billion in purchase and refinance volume. Harris was one of the first 100 certified mortgage advisors in the country, a credential that reflects his expertise and knowledge of the market.
