Jeanne Baumbeck joins us as our SVP – Mortgage Risk Officer, bringing 22 years of mortgage experience. With a strong background in processing, closing, and underwriting, Jeanne has spent the last seven years focused on underwriting and risk management. Her work has centered on mitigating impaired loans, supporting underwriters with complex decisions, and handling audit responses.

She resides in Bryant, Arkansas, with her husband, Josh, and their daughter, Addison, who plays travel softball. Outside of work, Jeanne is a dedicated softball mom and can often be found cheering Addison on at tournaments.
